Description:
The engine, chassis, and cab structure of the HOWO dump truck are the same with those of the common trucks. The front of the compartment is provided with a safety board to protect the cab. The compartment hydraulic tilting mechanism consists of the fuel tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valves, tubing, and other components. The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valves and tubing. The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device. The operating system controls the movement of the piston rod, stopping the compartment at any desired inclined position. The compartment can be tilted backwards or laterally, though the former is more common. There are also products supporting both. The compartment uses it own gravity and hydraulic control to reset.
